Most of our dresses are crafted from luxurious, breathable handloom linen. For elevated occasions we also create pieces from pure silk crepe, Indian mulberry silk, and other exotic materials. Our master artisans tailor clean, comfortable cuts that keep you looking fresh from 9 AM to 9 PM and beyond.

Prepaid: All credit/debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, wallets.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for domestic orders up to Rs. 25,000.

Q: How long does delivery take?
Ready-to-ship items: Dispatched within 2 working days. Delivery in 3-5 business days.
Made-to-order/customized: 2-3 weeks to produce and dispatch.
Q: What are the shipping charges?
Free standard shipping on all dress orders within India via Blue Dart or Delhivery.
International: Shipped via DHL Express. Charges calculated at checkout. Import duties are the customer's responsibility.
Q: Do you offer express shipping?

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Q: What is your return policy?
We operate primarily on a made-to-order model and do not accept general returns. We accommodate exchanges for genuine fit issues. The customer is responsible for shipping charges in exchange scenarios.
Q: My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@labelashb.in or WhatsApp +91 9810725683. Provide photos and an unedited unboxing video. Keep original tags intact and do not wash the item. We will offer a free replacement, exchange, or refund within 7-10 business days.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
