CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

At labelashb.in, we want you to love your purchase. This policy explains our cancellation, return, exchange, and refund terms.

1. ORDER CANCELLATION

Before Dispatch (Ready Stock Items):

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

  • Contact us immediately at sales@labelashb.in or WhatsApp +91 9810725683

  • If order has not been processed, we will cancel and issue a full refund

  • Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

After Dispatch:

  • Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible

  • You may refuse delivery, but return shipping charges will apply

  • Refund will be processed after we receive the item in original condition

Made-to-Order/Customized Items:

  • Customized orders CANNOT be cancelled once production begins

  • We will notify you when production starts

  • No refunds for customized items unless defective

2. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Return Window: 7 days from delivery date

Eligible for Return/Exchange:

  • Ready stock items in original condition

  • Unused, unworn, unwashed with all tags attached

  • Original packaging intact

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice)

NOT Eligible for Return/Exchange:

  • Made-to-order or customized items

  • Items without tags or in used condition

  • Intimate wear or undergarments (hygiene reasons)

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Sale/clearance items (unless defective)

Defective or Wrong Item Received:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos/videos of defect or wrong item

  • We will arrange free return pickup

  • Full refund or replacement provided

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Step 1: Contact us within 7 days at sales@labelashb.in

  • Step 2: Provide order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable)

  • Step 3: We will send return instructions and courier pickup details

  • Step 4: Pack item securely in original packaging

  • Step 5: Courier will pick up from your address (charges may apply - see below)

Return Shipping Charges:

  • Defective/Wrong Item: FREE return pickup arranged by us

  • Change of Mind/Size Issue: Customer pays return shipping (Rs. 100-200 depending on location)

  • We will deduct return shipping cost from refund amount

3. REFUND PROCESS

Refund Timeline:

  • After receiving returned item: 2-3 business days for inspection

  • Refund approval: Within 24 hours of inspection

  • Refund credited: 5-7 business days after approval

Refund Method:

  • Original payment method (same card/UPI/wallet used for purchase)

  • For COD orders: Bank transfer (provide bank details)

Refund Amount:

  • Full product price refunded (for defective items)

  • Product price minus return shipping (for non-defective returns)

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless we shipped wrong/defective item)

Refund Deductions:

  • Return shipping: Rs. 100-200 (if applicable)

  • Restocking fee: 10% (for non-defective returns - only if item is opened/tags removed)

4. EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept exchanges for:

  • Size issues (subject to stock availability)

  • Color/style preference (within 7 days)

Exchange Process:

  • Contact us within 7 days

  • Return original item (customer pays return shipping)

  • We will ship replacement item once we receive and inspect returned item

  • If replacement is higher price, customer pays difference

  • If replacement is lower price, no refund of difference

5. DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If item arrives damaged:

  • Report within 48 hours with unboxing video/photos

  • Email sales@labelashb.in

  • We will file claim with courier

  • Full refund or replacement provided

  • No return shipping charges

6. WRONG SIZE ORDERED BY CUSTOMER

  • Exchanges allowed (customer pays return shipping)

  • No refunds for wrong size selection by customer

  • Please refer to our Size Chart before ordering

7. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

  • Customized/personalized orders

  • Sale/clearance items (unless defective)

  • Intimate wear/undergarments

  • Items without tags or in used condition

8. PROCESSING TIME

  • Return approval: 24 hours after we receive item

  • Refund processing: 5-7 business days

  • Bank credit: Additional 3-5 business days (depending on bank)
