SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

labelashb.in is committed to delivering your orders quickly and safely. This policy outlines our shipping terms and delivery timelines.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Ready Stock Items:

  • Orders placed by 2:00 PM IST: Dispatched same day or next business day

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST: Dispatched within 1-2 business days

Made-to-Order/Customized Items:

  • Production time: 10-14 business days

  • Total delivery: 12-17 business days (production + shipping)

  • We will notify you when production begins and when order is dispatched

Sizes 3XL and Above:

  • Usually made-to-order

  • Production time: 7-10 business days

Popular Styles:

  • Most standard sizes are in stock

2. SHIPPING COVERAGE

Domestic Shipping (India):

  • We ship across India

  • Free shipping on all orders

  • No minimum order value required

International Shipping:

  • Currently available for select countries

  • Shipping charges calculated at checkout

  • Customs duties and taxes are customer's responsibility

  • Delivery time: 7-15 business days (depending on destination)

3. SHIPPING PARTNERS

We use trusted courier partners:

  • Delhivery

  • Blue Dart

  • India Post

  • DTDC

  • FedEx/DHL (for international orders)

Courier partner assigned based on delivery location and product type.

4. DELIVERY TIMELINE

Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.):

  • Ready stock: 3-5 business days

  • Made-to-order: 12-17 business days

Tier 2/3 Cities and Rural Areas:

  • Ready stock: 5-7 business days

  • Made-to-order: 14-21 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays/festivals

  • Remote locations

  • Unforeseen circumstances

labelashb.in is not liable for delays caused by courier partners.

5. EXPRESS/ACCELERATED DELIVERY

Available for ready stock items in select locations:

  • Same-day delivery: Delhi NCR (Rs. 500 extra, order by 11 AM)

  • Next-day delivery: Major metro cities (Rs. 300 extra, order by 2 PM)

6. SHIPMENT TRACKING

After Dispatch:

  • You will receive SMS and email with tracking number

  • Track your order: Order Tracking Link (insert Shopify tracking link)

  • Or check "My Account" section on our website

Tracking Updates:

  • Order Confirmed

  • In Production (for made-to-order items)

  • Dispatched

  • Out for Delivery

  • Delivered

7. MULTIPLE ITEMS IN ONE ORDER

If your order contains:

  • Multiple ready stock items: Shipped together

  • Ready stock + made-to-order items: Shipped together once all items are ready

8. DELIVERY ADDRESS

Important:

  • Provide complete and correct address including:

    • Full name

    • House/flat number

    • Landmark

    • Pin code

    • Phone number

Address Changes:

  • Before dispatch: Contact us immediately

  • After dispatch: Contact courier directly (tracking link provided)

Failed Delivery:

  • Courier will attempt delivery 2-3 times

  • If undelivered, order returns to us

  • Re-delivery charges: Rs. 150-250 (customer's responsibility)

  • Address must be corrected before re-dispatch

9. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

  • Courier makes 2-3 delivery attempts

  • If delivery fails, item returns to our warehouse

  • Customer must pay re-shipping charges for re-delivery

10. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

Available:

  • All India (except remote areas)

  • No extra COD charges

COD Limit:

  • Maximum order value: Rs. 25,000

Not Available for:

  • International orders

  • High-value orders (above Rs. 25,000)

11. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping Method:

  • DHL Express / FedEx

  • Delivery: 7-15 business days

Shipping Charges:

  • Calculated based on weight and destination

  • Visible at checkout

Customs and Duties:

  • Customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees

  • Refusal to pay customs charges = No refund

  • We declare actual product value on customs forms (no undervaluation)

Restricted Countries:

  • We do not ship to countries under trade sanctions or with high shipping risk

12. UNDELIVERED ORDERS

If courier cannot deliver:

  • We will contact you via phone/email/WhatsApp

  • Address correction required

  • Re-delivery charges apply

Refused Delivery:

  • If you refuse to accept delivery (without valid reason):

  • Return shipping charges deducted from refund

  • Restocking fee may apply (10% of order value)

13. MISSING OR DAMAGED ORDERS

Missing Items:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery

  • Email: sales@labelashb.in

  • Provide order number and photos

Damaged Items:

  • Take unboxing video/photos

  • Report within 48 hours

  • We will arrange return pickup and send replacement

14. INCORRECT ADDRESS

  • Orders shipped to incorrect address provided by customer cannot be redirected

  • Re-delivery charges apply if item returns to us

  • Customer must provide correct address and pay re-shipping
