1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using this Site, you agree to:

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be:

  • Providing accurate and truthful information

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Creating an Account:

Account Termination:

  • We reserve the right to suspend/terminate accounts for:

4. PRODUCT INFORMATION

Product Descriptions:

  • We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, images, and colors

  • Actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings

  • Measurements are approximate (±2-3 cm variation possible for handmade items)

  • Product images are for representation only

Availability:

  • All products subject to availability

  • We reserve the right to discontinue products without notice

  • If an ordered item is unavailable, we will notify you and offer:

    • Full refund, or

    • Substitute product (with your approval)

5. PRICING

Pricing Policy:

  • All prices in Indian Rupees (INR)

  • Prices include GST (Goods and Services Tax) where applicable

  • We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice

  • Price at time of order placement applies (not cart addition time)

Pricing Errors:

  • If a product is listed at incorrect price due to error:

  • We reserve the right to cancel order and issue full refund

  • We will notify you and offer option to:

    • Pay correct price, or

    • Cancel order for full refund

6. PAYMENT

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, RuPay)

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)

  • Net Banking

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) - India only, up to Rs. 25,000

Payment Security:

  • All payments processed via secure Shopify Payments gateway

  • We do not store your card details

  • PCI-DSS compliant payment processing

Failed Payments:

  • If payment fails, order will not be processed

  • Please retry or use alternate payment method

  • Contact your bank if issue persists

7. ORDER CONFIRMATION

After placing order:

  • You will receive email confirmation

  • Confirmation does not guarantee product availability

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders if:

    • Product is out of stock

    • Pricing error occurred

    • Payment issue detected

    • Fraudulent activity suspected

  • Protected by copyright and trademark laws

  • You may not:

Product Designs:

Maximum Liability:

  • Limited to purchase price of product

11. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

Products are sold "AS IS":

  • We do not guarantee products are error-free or defect-free

  • We are not liable for minor variations in handmade products

  • Fabric colors may fade over time with use/washing (normal wear and tear)

We DO provide:

  • Refund/replacement for manufacturing defects (within 7 days)

  • Customer support for product issues

12. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Summary:

  • 7-day return window for ready stock items

  • No returns for customized/made-to-order items (unless defective)

  • Customer pays return shipping (unless item is defective)

13. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for failure to perform due to:

  • Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, pandemic)

  • War, terrorism, civil unrest

  • Government actions or restrictions

  • Strikes or labor disputes

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Internet/technology failures

14. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by:

  • Laws of India

  • Courts of Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction

  • Any disputes will be resolved in Gurugram courts only

  • Step 2: We will attempt to resolve within 7 business days

  • Step 3: If unresolved, you may file complaint with Consumer Forum

17. SEVERABILITY
